Asian Salmon Pasta


Knocked up an Asian Salmon Pasta for lunch today with some leftovers found in the freezer.

1 portion cooked pasta
1/2 portion of cooked salmon
Heaped tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp light soy sauce
1 small garlic clove, crushed
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 spring onion, finely sliced

Just mix all the ingredients together.  I ate mine warm today after defrosting it in the microwave, but it is just as good cold.
