1 can chickpeas, drained
1/2 a small onion, peeled and thinly sliced
2-3 tbsp mustard vinaigrette
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Mix all ingredients together and leave to marinade for as long as possible. Can be made with 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tsp red wine vinegar if you don't have vinaigrette to hand.
