Asian Carrot Salad

Realising that the olive oil added a lot of calories to my Carrot & Couscous salad, I thought I'd try again without the oil.  Adding soy, garlic & chilli really added flavour and made me think I was eating something more hearty.

50g cooked couscous
2 grated carrots
1 handful cooked sweetcorn
1 small clove of garlic, crushed
Bean sized bit of fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp soy sauce
Drizzle of sesame oil
