Kale crisps are the only way my OH will eat kale, and now finding they only take 5-10 minutes he is beginning to lose some of this scepticism of the bulky air fryer.
Serves 2
1 large handful shredded kale
1 tsp olive oil
A large pinch of salt
1 tsp olive oil
A large pinch of salt
Toss the kale in oil and salt. Spread out as much as you can in the air fryer. Cook for 5 minutes, then shake/turn and cook for another 5 minutes. I had to remove some of the more well done leaves halfway through the second 5 minutes to crisp the rest.
