100g greek yoghurt
30g raspberries
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tbsp chia seeds or oats
1 tbsp ground flaxseed (optional)
Either mash or liquidise the raspberries and maple syrup. Stir into the yoghurt and add chia seeds or porridge oats to thicken (takes about 30 minutes for these grains to thicken the yoghurt).
