Serves 1
250g mushrooms
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 small garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp miso paste
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 small garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp miso paste
Roughly chop the mushrooms into bite sized pieces.
Gently fry in the olive oil over a medium heat, stirring from time to time.
When the liquid is released from the mushrooms and then evaporates in the pan, stir in the crushed garlic.
Dissolve the miso paste in a couple of tablespoon of recently boiled water. Pour over the mushrooms and stir them around until well coated.
Serve on toast.
