Quick Tuna Pasta Bake

I started off the day thinking I was going to make Tuna Pasta with a white cheesy sauce, but after making a big vat of white sauce for Macaroni Cheese with Watercress to sell to my local farm shop, West Lea Farm Shop, I lost the will to make another pan of white sauce.

Serves 4

400g pasta
1 can of tuna in oil
1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed
100g grated mature cheddar, plus more for sprinkling on top
1 bunch of watercress, washed and roughly chopped.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.

Drain the pasta and stir through the oil from the tuna, then the rest of the ingredients including the flaked tuna.

Tip into a baking dish and sprinkle with some more grated cheese.

Place under a grill until the cheese on top is bubbling but not burnt.

Serve.
